Beyonce was a hit on the Grammys-in more ways than one-in fact six-she won six Grammys and put on an amazing show.

Prior to the Grammy show, Beyonce was on the show- 60 minutes. She said on the interview that she has achieved more than she could have imagined, yet she is still not satisfied. Beyonce said she is still driven to be the best.

Beyonce is prototypical of how greats behave and what they believe. The best are never satisfied. They do not rest on their laurels. They continue to get better and better-that is what drives them for continued success.

We can all learn a lot from Beyonce-Never be satisfied, even if you already have achieved great success.
