As a business keynote speaker and author of business books, I look for great stories of leadership. Here is one: Health Care Reform passes. Universal health care has been sought by both Rep and Dem Presidents since Teddy Roosevelt was in office. We finally got it passed and most of the kudos should go to our current President. Obama stuck with his goals of getting a Universal health care, even though his poll numbers were slipping. He stuck with his integrity and objectives.

This is a great leadership lesson. Don’t follow the criticism of others. That is age old wisdom, not for leaders of this time, but for past, present and future!
