As any of my clients will tell you, my talks are customized to fit the theme of the meeting and the business situation of the client. As a highly experienced keynote speaker, before I address the group I will conduct phone interviews with key contacts so I can craft my message with a personalize touch to the group. Also, I always use a learning guide handout to maximize retention. I always arrive the day before the event and if logistically possible given my travel schedule, attend sessions later in the day and attend any evening events. If I speak later in the morning I will attend the morning sessions. My outcome is to meet and speak with as many participants as possible. I am easy to work with and only require a wireless microphone. I believe that audience will take away key information that will make them more productive and happier in their lives.
